Impressions (in-store)
An in-store impression is a shopper passing within the visibility radius of a screen, end cap or display while it shows the ad.
Online equivalent
Online, an impression is an ad served on a page. In store, Shoppermotion counts the trips that entered the area from which the placement can be seen, while the creative was on air.
Why it is verified
Impressions are counted from real positions, not estimated from store traffic. Two screens in the same store can reach very different audiences depending on where they hang.
