Shoppermotion locates tags with sub-metre accuracy, enough to know which bay a shopper stopped at, not just which aisle.
Why sub-metre matters
Shelf-level metrics such as visual contact and engagement need to know in front of which bay a trolley slowed down. Room-level or aisle-level positioning cannot provide that.
From positions to behaviour
Raw positions are filtered and smoothed by models trained on millions of trips, which reproduce real behaviour reliably bay by bay.
