Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we developed a new feature whose objective was to help retailers ensure that the security measures were being respected. Therefore, the collision rate was established so as to help them ensure social distancing within their stores.
It shows the average number of collisions – when two shoppers stay less than 6 feet apart – per journey. Thanks to this, we are able to determine which are the categories more prone to collisions, as well as the hours with highest and lowest rates.
