Shoppermotion AI
Returning visitors
Returning visitors is the share of shoppers who come back within a period, measured through pseudonymised loyalty data on matched tickets.
How it is measured
Shopping tools are shared, so a tag alone cannot recognise a returning shopper. When the retailer shares a pseudonymised loyalty identifier on the ticket, each matched trip can be linked to previous ones without any personal data reaching Shoppermotion.

What it tells you
Visit frequency is a direct signal of satisfaction. It also separates first-time visitors from regulars, whose paths and missions are very different, and reveals the hours each group prefers.
